The Women’s Fund of Greater Chattanooga unites efforts for social change that improve life for women and girls across the region. Through advocacy and philanthropy, we catalyze movement toward a just society that is safe, nurturing, and full of opportunity for women.

We believe the only way to bring about true lasting social justice and change is by addressing fundamental root causes of limiting conditions such as poverty and discrimination
We believe all women have the power to drive social change, to develop as leaders and to become philanthropists
We believe women and girls have a right to equal access and opportunity to a just society, without fear of violence, intimidation or exploitation
We believe women have the right to employment and fair and equitable wages and that education is essential for women to lift and keep their families out of poverty
